brewing dignity, building futures

OBJECTIVE

At Sarini Coffee, we recognize that the story of widowhood extends beyond women
alone – it encompasses orphans, single-headed households, and even child-headed
families who often bear the heaviest burden of vulnerability in coffee-growing
communities.
The Women of Grace Initiative is our flagship CSR program dedicated to
transforming the lives of these households. It sees them not as dependents, but as
resilient contributors whose strength, skills, and dignity are essential to the
sustainability of the coffee value chain and the well-being of their communities.

KEY PILLARS OF THE initiative

  • Economic Empowerment  – Equip women with training in sustainable coffee farming, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship, while expanding access to microfinance and fair trade networks.
  • Social Inclusion & Support Strengthen community resilience through women-led groups, psychosocial support, and safe pathways for vulnerable households.
  • Market Access & Visibility
Elevate Women of Grace products and integrate widow- and orphan-supported coffee into specialty markets, with proceeds reinvested in household programs.
  • Generational Impact
Support education and knowledge transfer in coffee farming to preserve heritage and empower future leaders.
